Feedback and complaints
The work we do to improve the lives of women simply wouldn’t be possible without our supporters. Your feedback is important to us as it allows us to address any potential problems, resolve issues – and build on aspects that are working well.
First, please pass on your views to Martina Hoggart, Feedback Co-ordinator. We aim to resolve complaints as quickly as possible. You’ll receive an acknowledgement within 14 days; we’ll investigate within three months and we’ll let you know the outcome.
If you send us positive feedback, we’ll pass on your compliments to the people most directly responsible.
If you have a complaint about fundraising which isn’t resolved to your satisfaction, you should contact the Fundraising Regulator within two months of receiving our response.
They’ll investigate your complaint and let you know their findings within 30 days. Womankind Worldwide agrees to abide by the decision made by the Fundraising Regulator.
If you have a concern which relates to dishonest handling of funds, misapplication of charitable funds, actions that contravene Womankind Worldwide’s trust deed or charity law or actions that threaten to bring Womankind Worldwide into disrepute you should contact the Charity Commission.
